Sa tête a la particularité de pouvoir pivoter sur 340°. On le trouve uniquement sur l'île de Bohol. Il possède 2 gros yeux qui brillent la nuit. Ce sont des animaux territoriaux qui s'alimentent principalement d'insectes. Bien qu'ils s'agissent d'une espèce protégée, de nombreux Philippins les capturent pour en faire des animaux de compagnie. De fait, on estime la population sauvage a seulement 1000 individus en 2011.

The Philippine Tarsius is a specy of tarsius measuring between 85 and 160 mm, making it the smallest primate in the world.
His head has the characteristic of being able to rotate 340 °.
It's found only on Bohol island. It has two large eyes that shine at night.
They are territorial animals that feed mainly on insects. Although this is a protected species, many Filipinos capture these animals to become pets. In fact, the estimated wild population has only 1000 individuals in 2011.
