This nocturnal species has large eyes and large ears that are mobile. This species is a carnivorous species and mainly eats insects. The spectral tarsius is found in Indonesia, on the island of Sulawesi and the nearby islands.

It's found only on Bohol island. It has two large eyes that shine at night.
They are territorial animals that feed mainly on insects. Although this is a protected species, many Filipinos capture these animals to become pets. In fact, the estimated wild population has only 1000 individuals in 2011.
